Parking Program

At Frightmare Forest, we attract a lot of traffic! Your organization would be responsible for managing the flow of cars into and out of the parking lot, finding free spaces for cars to park, handling buses, VIP customers, and simply directing traffic and helping people get backed out of their spots.

We are open weekends beginning last weekend in September and ending on the last weekend nearest to Halloween. We schedule one group per weekend, and you must commit to all the days we are open that weekend to qualify.

Acting Program

Frightmare Forest is a 100% volunteer driven attraction. We spend a lot of time each year preparing for and producing a fun attraction, and sometimes, we just don't have the help we need, especially in season.

To help our show run smoothly, we are offering a contribution program to legal charities. We ask that your charity provides us the same 5 people per night for an entire weekend, minimum. If you can commit to more than one weekend, the contribution rate goes up, so the more involved you can be, the more money you can raise. We may book up to two charities per weekend, especially on busier weekends.

Contributions are paid by check usually within two weeks of your participation. We will require a receipt for the donation.

Frightmare Forest will utilize the volunteers you provide as we deem appopriate. Some will be placed into costume and makeup and trained on a specific spot, while others may help with VIP guest processing, wrist band checking or other logistics positions. Individuals should be prepared to do the same task for an entire weekend, as we do not have the time to do training each night.

Volunteers are expected to arrive on time at the casting call (no later than 2 hours before our doors open). Additionally, volunteers from charitable organizations are not eligible for nightly rewards, t-shirts or other attire, cast party attendance, or any other perks that the Frightmare Forest Cast Member Volunteer staff receive.

We encourage you to deliver promotional posters or other materials to us for display at the attraction to indicate what charities are benefiting from the acting program.

If you are interested in more details, or would like to make your reservations, please contact ian@frightmareforest.com for more information. This is first come first served, so plan ahead!
