As Frightmare Forest grows, so does our demand for volunteers. We are always looking for creative individuals to fill our ranks. We are constantly working on, and improving the haunt all year around and are always on the hunt for artists, painters, sculptors, musicians/audio engineers, set designers, make-up artists, costume designers, mask sculptors, writers, graphic designers, photographers, and especially actors.
Even if you don't feel that you have any skills listed above we offer hands-on training, workshops, "apprenticeships" and an endless array of opportunities to learn new skills. We also have a knack for pulling out latent talents; you'd be surprised at what you're capable of accomplishing when given a focal point for your creativity.
Frightmare Forest is also a great place to meet new people and make friends. We have a very large, diverse, and welcoming group of staff. While we do work hard at the forest, we are also very laid back and enjoy doing many events and trips outside of the forest. Our philosophy has been, and will always be to have fun; since we don't get paid there would be no point in doing the haunt if we weren't having fun.
All volunteers must be at least 16 years old with a valid form of identification. Volunteers under 18 must have written permission from a parent or legal guardian. For more information about helping out at Frightmare Forest please complete the form below. We will usually respond within 24 hours.
